A-1 Self Storage is seeking a Highly Motivated Couple for a Self Storage Resident Managers Position in Albuquerque, NM.
IF YOU ARE NOT APPLYING WITH A 2ND APPLICANT, AS A TEAM, DO NOT APPLY. THIS POSITION IS NOT FOR INDIVIDUAL APPLICANTS.
Both employees must live on site together in company residence; 2-bedroom upstairs apartment (appox. 1,000 square feet) accommodates up to 3 people; per fire code.
Apartment included at a minimal $50 a month fee; to include utilities!
We pay competitive wages!
QUALIFICATIONS
This position is a 2 person team position. There must be 2 of you to apply.
Prior Self-Storage experience not necessary, but is a plus!
Organized with attention to detail and follow-through a must; with a positive attitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Computer skills (proficient in Excel, Word, Email)
Must be able to multi-task with the ability to adapt to unexpected situations
Must have own transportation, valid US driver's license, valid car registration, and current car insurance
High School Diploma required
Hours: Monday through Friday: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for managing all onsite operations
Collect rent and resolve delinquent accounts
Prepare rental agreements
Daily cleaning of property to provide great curb appeal to include pulling weeds; picking up trash; etc.
Overseeing rental collection and delinquent rents
Work at other locations, as needed, as fill in manager
Other duties as assigned
Final offer of employment is contingent on successful background check; clean drug test and credit check.
